At Proving Grounds, the castle represents the body. We build it brick by brick, and it’s always under construction—because in life, we’re constantly under attack. From distractions like addiction, poor nutrition, toxic relationships, and self-doubt, the world tests our defenses daily.
I’ve lived it. Before joining the military, I tore mine down. I quit drugs and alcohol, sold my business, left my home, and sacrificed time with my family—all to prove I could hold myself accountable. I committed to building myself back up from the inside out: mind, body, and soul.
As a combat engineer, I learned what the castle truly means—strength, resilience, versatility, and purpose. I now carry those lessons into my fitness philosophy. Your body is your castle. And just like in the field, it takes strategy, consistency, and grit to build one strong enough to stand the test of time.
My programs are rooted in real-world discipline and designed for long-term strength and sustainability. I have a heart for youth—because they need it most.
